  國光 宏尚Hironao Kunimitsu代表取締役 CEOCEO

  1974年生まれ。米国Santa Monica College卒業後、2004年5月、株式会社アットムービーに入社。同年、取締役に就任し、映画・テレビドラマのプロデュースおよび新規事業の立ち上げを実施。2007年6月に株式会社gumiを創業し、代表取締役社長に就任。XR事業やブロックチェーン事業を牽引し、2018年に代表取締役会長へ。2021年7月に同社を退任し、同年8月より株式会社Thirdverseおよび株式会社フィナンシェの代表取締役CEOに就任。同年9月より、gumi Cryptos CapitalのManaging Partnerを兼務。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town代表取締役CEOに就任。Born in 1974. After graduating from Santa Monica College in the United States, Hironao joined AtMovie, Inc. in May 2004 and was appointed as a director in the same year, producing films and TV dramas and launching new businesses. In June 2007, he founded gumi Inc. and became its President and CEO. He led the company’s XR and blockchain businesses and became Chairman in 2018. He resigned from gumi Inc. in July 2021 and became CEO of both Thirdverse, Co., Ltd. and Financie Inc. in August 2021. Since September 2021, he has also served as a Managing Partner of gumi Cryptos Capital. In May 2023, he became CEO of Mint Town Co., Ltd.

  守安 功Isao Moriyasu取締役 COOCOO

  1998年、東京大学大学院（工学系研究科航空宇宙工学）修了、同年4月、日本オラクル株式会社入社。1999年11月、システムエンジニアとして株式会社ディー・エヌ・エーに入社。2004年に携帯オークションサイト「モバオク」、アフィリエイトネットワーク「ポケットアフィリエイト」、2006年2月には、「モバゲータウン（現：Mobage）」を立ち上げ、同年6月、取締役に就任。2009年4月、取締役兼COO就任。2010年4月、取締役兼ソーシャルメディア事業本部長兼COO就任。2011年6月、代表取締役社長兼CEO就任。2021年6月退任。2021年10月、株式会社タイミー取締役COO就任。2022年3月退任。同年6月、株式会社Thirdverseに入社。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town取締役COOに就任。Graduated from the University of Tokyo Graduate School, specifically the School of Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering, in 1998. In April of the same year, he joined Oracle Corporation Japan. In November 1999, he transitioned to DeNA Co., Ltd., where he worked as a system engineer. In 2004, he launched the mobile auction site "Mobaoku" and the affiliate network "Pocket Affiliate". In February 2006, he launched "Mobage Town" (now known as "Mobage") and was appointed as a director in June of the same year. In April 2009, he took on the roles of director and COO. His responsibilities expanded in April 2010 when he was appointed as a director, head of the Social Media Business Division, and COO. In June 2011, he ascended to the positions of Representative Director, President, and CEO. He resigned from DeNA Co., Ltd. in June 2021. In October 2021, he was appointed as a director and COO of Timee, Inc., but resigned in March 2022. In June of the same year, he joined Thirdverse, Co., Ltd. Finally, in May 2023, he was appointed as a director and COO of Mint Town Co., Ltd.

  稲川 昂文Takafumi Inagawa取締役 CFOCFO

  2009年にジャフコグループ株式会社に新卒入社し、ベンチャーキャピタル業務に従事。2015年より株式会社gumiに入社し、VRやブロックチェーン領域に特化したファンドの立ち上げおよび投資事業を牽引。2021年10月より株式会社Thirdverseへ参画、取締役CFOに就任。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Townの取締役CFOに就任。Joined JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. as a fresh graduate in 2009 and became involved in venture capital operations. In 2015, he moved to gumi Inc., where he led the launch and managed the investment business of a fund specialized in VR and blockchain fields. In October 2021, he transitioned to Thirdverse, Co., Ltd. and took on the role of a director and CFO. His journey led him to Mint Town Co., Ltd. where he was appointed as a director and CFO in May 2023.

  山田 憲晋Kenshin Yamada取締役 CTOCTO

  1995年、NECに入社しネットワーク関連の研究開発に従事。2008年、株式会社ディー・エヌ・エー（以下、DeNA）に入社。モバゲータウンやソーシャルゲーム『怪盗ロワイヤル』の開発に携わり、2010年分析組織を立ち上げる。2022年4月より、データ本部・本部長（GEX：グループエグゼクティブ）として、DeNA内のAI活用、分析業務全般を統括。2023年1月より株式会社Thirdverseへ参画。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town取締役CTOに就任。Joined NEC in 1995 and was involved in network-related research and development. In 2008, he moved to DeNA Co., Ltd. where he participated in the development of Mobage Town and the social game "Kaito Royale". He established an analytics organization within the company in 2010. From April 2022, he served as the head of the Data Department (GEX: Group Executive), overseeing AI utilization and analysis operations within DeNA. He transitioned to Thirdverse, Co., Ltd. in January 2023. In May 2023, he was appointed as a director and CTO of Mint Town Co., Ltd.
