僕の目標は最初に起業した2007年から変わらない。
それはエンタメ×新テクノロジーで世界一を獲ることです。
ブロックチェーン業界には初期から参入しており、「ブロックチェーンならではのエンタメ」の答えは既に僕の中に確立されています。今後は、守安さんをはじめとする優れたチームメンバーと共に、そのビジョンを実現していくのみです。
今年の僕のテーマは「世界」です。世界を深く理解するほど、その規模の大きさを痛感します。
しかし、その挑戦から逃げ出さず、『One Step Beyond』の精神で、常に世界の高みへと挑み続けます！

代表取締役CEO：國光宏尚
1974年生まれ。2004年5月株式会社アットムービーに入社。同年に取締役に就任し、映画・テレビドラマのプロデュース及び新規事業の立ち上げを担当する。2007年6 月、株式会社gumiを設立し、代表取締役社長に就任。2021年7月に同社を退任。2021年8月より株式会社Thirdverse代表取締役CEOおよびフィナンシェ代表取締役CEOに就任。2021年9月よりgumi cryptos capital Managing Partnerに就任。
2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town代表取締役CEOに就任。
取締役COO：守安功
1998年、東京大学大学院（工学系研究科航空宇宙工学）修了、同年4月、日本オラクル株式会社入社。1999年11月、システムエンジニアとして株式会社ディー・エヌ・エーに入社。2004年に携帯オークションサイト「モバオク」、アフィリエイトネットワーク「ポケットアフィリエイト」、2006年2月には、「モバゲータウン（現：Mobage）」を立ち上げ、同年6月、取締役に就任。2009年4月、取締役兼COO就任。2010年4月、取締役兼ソーシャルメディア事業本部長兼COO就任。2011年6月、代表取締役社長兼CEO就任。2021年6月退任。2021年10月、株式会社タイミー取締役COO就任。2022年3月退任。同年6月、株式会社Thirdverseに入社。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town取締役COOに就任。
取締役CTO：山田憲晋
1995年、NECに入社しネットワーク関連の研究開発に従事。2008年、株式会社ディー・エヌ・エー（以下、DeNA）に入社。モバゲータウンやソーシャルゲーム『怪盗ロワイヤル』の開発に携わり、2010年分析組織を立ち上げる。2022年4月より、データ本部・本部長（GEX：グループエグゼクティブ）として、DeNA内のAI活用、分析業務全般を統括。2023年1月より株式会社Thirdverseへ参画。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town取締役CTOに就任。
取締役CFO：稲川昂文
2009年にジャフコグループ株式会社に新卒入社し、ベンチャーキャピタル業務に従事。2015年より株式会社gumiに入社し、VRやブロックチェーン領域に特化したファンドの立ち上げおよび投資事業を牽引。2021年10月より株式会社Thirdverseへ参画、取締役CFOに就任。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Townの取締役CFOに就任。
執行役員：入江泰輔
17歳よりエンジニアとしてIT関連事業立ち上げ、18歳でシリコンバレーに渡米。Academy of Art Universityにて学位を取得後、現地のゲーム系スタートアップ企業にシニアデザイナーとして従事。日本に帰国後はグリー株式会社、株式会社サイバーエージェント、楽天株式会社にてアートディレクター、開発ディレクター、新規事業推進などで現場経験を積み、その後マネージメント領域を中心に組織の立ち上げ、拡大に注力。2021年4月、株式会社Thirdverseに入社。2023年5月、株式会社Mint Town執行役員に就任。

As the COO of Mint Town, I am committed to building the number one platform in the Web3 game space, an ambitious goal. Mint Town has seized a great opportunity to create the world’s number one platform in the Web3 game industry, a new area of the entertainment industry. The path may be challenging, but the vast potential and expectations of this new area outweigh that. I want to leverage my past experiences and give my all to this challenge.

My goal has remained unchanged since I first started my business in 2007: to become the world’s number one in entertainment x new technology. Having been involved in the blockchain industry from its early stages, I have established the answer to “entertainment unique to blockchain”. Moving forward, with excellent team members including Moriyasu-san, we will only work towards realizing that vision.
My theme for this year is “the world”. The more deeply I understand the world, the more I am struck by its scale. But we will not run away from this challenge. We will continue to challenge the world’s heights with a spirit of “One Step Beyond”! Win in both Web3 game development and Web3 game platform!

CEO: Hironao Kunimitsu
Born in 1974. Joined Atmovie Inc. in May 2004. Appointed as a director in the same year, he was in charge of producing movies and TV dramas as well as launching new businesses. In June 2007, he established gumi Inc. and became CEO. Resigned from the company in July 2021. Became CEO of Thirdverse Inc. and Finanshe Inc. in August 2021. Became Managing Partner of gumi cryptos capital in September 2021. Appointed as CEO of Mint Town Inc. in May 2023.
COO: Isao Moriyasu
Completed Master’s Program in Aeronautics and Astronautics, Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo in 1998. Joined Oracle Corporation Japan in April of the same year. Joined DeNA Co., Ltd. as a system engineer in November 1999. Launched mobile auction site “Mobaoku” and affiliate network “Pocket Affiliate” in 2004, and “Mobage Town (now: Mobage)” in February 2006. Appointed as a director in June 2006, as a director and COO in April 2009, as a director, Head of Social Media Business Division, and COO in April 2010, and as President and CEO in June 2011.
