- Q 選考フローを教えてください Can you tell me about the selection process?
- 書類選考とオンラインで面接（2回程度）を実施いたします。カジュアル面談も実施することがございます。 Document screening and online interviews (approximately two rounds) will be conducted. Casual interviews may also be held.

- Q 選考プロセスはどれくらいかかりますか？ How long does the selection process take?
- 書類選考からオファーまで3週間ほどを想定しております。お急ぎの場合もできる限り対応いたします。 We anticipate about 3 weeks from document screening to the offer. We will accommodate as much as possible if you are in a hurry.

- Q リモートワークやフレックス制度等はありますか？ Do you have remote work or flex system?

原則リモートワークですが、月1回開催の全社会は出社を推奨しております。
なおコアタイムなしのフレックス制度を設けております（原則5:00～22:00とし、勤務時間を自由に決定できます） We primarily work remotely, but attendance in the office is recommended for the monthly company-wide meeting.
We also have a flex time system with no core hours (you can basically determine your work hours between 5:00 and 22:00).

- Q 地方での勤務は可能でしょうか？ Can I work in a rural area?
- 日本国内であれば可能です（一部例外とさせていただくポジションがございます) If it is within Japan, it is possible (there are some exceptions depending on the position).

- Q 転職が先になりそうですが、選考は可能でしょうか？ I am considering changing jobs in the future, can I still go through the selection process?
- はい、可能です。 Yes, you can.
